If youโ€™re still at the store, please ask the merchant for a โ€œUser Detail Reportโ€ - this is the receipt from the machine which shows all the transactions made that day. ๐Ÿ™‹โ€โ™€๏ธ

If youโ€™ve left the store, we recommend you visit the store and ask for the User Detail Report. This will help us file your dispute with Visa.

Once you get this from the merchant, please share it with us along with a screenshot of the transaction you made via the in-app chat. Our team will file your dispute. ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿฝ
